For this week’s blog I am going to talk about dinosaurs. I
have always loved dinosaurs ever since I can remember. When I was a little kid I
would always ask for dinosaur toys for Christmas and birthdays. One specific Christmas when I was eight years
old I remember waking up and finding a giant red bag filled with dinosaur
action figures, it was literally the greatest gift ever. Now I have always had
trouble deciding which my overall favorite dinosaur is, but I have narrowed it
down to my top three. I would say a, Velociraptor,
Tyrannosaurus-rex, and a plesiosaur
which is like the Lockness monster. I really like velociraptors from the movie Jurassic park, I really enjoyed how
clever and smart they were. I thought it was awesome, how the raptors could
work together to figure out ways to eat the people in the movie. I also liked
how they could open doors and would attack from the side. Now my love for
tyrannosaurusrexes comes from the movie The
Land before Time. In the movie they would call a t-rex a “sharp tooth” because
they had sharp teeth and when I was a kid I just thought this was hilarious. I
also like t-rexes because they are the most powerful dinosaur ever and could
easily defeat any other dinosaur such as a triceratops. I also just like how scary
t-rexes look especially the one at Universal studios from the Jurassic Park
water ride. At the end of the ride there is a giant mechanical t-rex that looks
like it is going to eat you, it is really cool. Now for the plesiosaur, I like
them simply because the way they look. A
plesiosaur has four fins like a whale, a long tale, a roundish body, and a thin
long neck. It also lives in water, but looks like land dinosaur, so it is
really crazy and different from any other animal ever. So basically I think the
world would be way cooler if dinosaurs were still alive today ): (341).Thursday, February 23, 2012

I also love Jurassic Park! In fact I am doing my English Project on it!
ReplyDeleteEd
my favorite dinosaur is the velociraptor, they could totally kill a T-Rex given a good fight, unlike the triceratops, which could not kill anything.
ReplyDeleteI 100% agree any person who thinks a triceratops good kill any dinosaur is sadly mistaken and probably no very bright.
DeleteThat Universal Ride is one of my favorites in the whole park. It would be my top favorite if the Wizarding World wasn't there.
ReplyDeleteI've always been a fan of the brontosaurus, myself. The velociraptors are amazing though...in a terrifying kind of way that is.
